
Mexican Bowl

Ingredients
- 200g raw lean minced meat
- Taco or Mexican seasoning mix
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 cup black beans
- ½ cup corn
- 4 tbsp avocado
- ½ cup tomato
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
Method
- Cook minced meat, add taco seasoning and ¼ cup water. Simmer 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in beans.
- Place lettuce in a large bowl. Top with meat and beans mix, tomatoes, corn, and avocado.
- Top each serving with salsa and sour cream.
